Fresh sashimi salad

Fresh wild caught from the market, when your craving sushi, this is the way to go! Quick and easy sashimi salad

Ingredients:

1/2 pound Fresh Wild Caught Ahi
1/2 pound Fresh Wild Caught Salmon
1/2 cup Japanese miso dressing ( you can purchase at the Asian store)
Mixed herb lettuce, (arugula, parsley, wild rocket, spring mix)
Carrots shaved
1/2 cup ponzu
1/2 Red onion (optional)
Large mixing bowl
Cold plates

Prep Time 30 minutes:

Slice the fish thinly and into 1 inch strips, set aside by laying them onto a cold plate and place in the cooler. Shave the carrots and toss them into the mixed herb lettuce. Slice the red onion very thinly and set aside.

Get your cold plates and lay the mixed greens all over the plate, then your sliced onions.  Place the fish on the salad, don’t just throw it on the salad, place it one by one.  Serve the dressing on the side for dipping, this way your fish is not drenched in the dressing.

Happy Eating 🙂
